Spots, campaigns and proving what aired

Registering a commercial, setting dates and quotas, and reporting afterwards.

The advertising module keeps track of what has been sold: which commercial, for which client, how many airings and until when.

Registering a spot

Pick the file, give it a client, campaign dates and, where it applies, a quota of airings. From then on:

Breaks

A break is a set of spots that air together. You can build them by hand or let automation assemble them from your pattern: how many spots, how long, which bumper opens and closes.

Proving what aired

AURA keeps an as-run log of everything that goes out: time, channel, category, duration, name and file. Export to CSV and PDF from the 📅 AS-RUN tab.

That is what you show an advertiser who asks whether their commercial ran. And what you keep in case you ever have to prove what was broadcast.

The advertising module covers both channels with a single licence.
