The advertising module keeps track of what has been sold: which commercial, for which client, how many airings and until when.
Registering a spot
Pick the file, give it a client, campaign dates and, where it applies, a quota of airings. From then on:
- Outside its dates it does not air. Not by accident and not because automation picked it.
- If it has a quota, airings are counted against it.
- The list shows at a glance what is active, expired, not started yet, and what has lost its file.
Breaks
A break is a set of spots that air together. You can build them by hand or let automation assemble them from your pattern: how many spots, how long, which bumper opens and closes.
Proving what aired
AURA keeps an as-run log of everything that goes out: time, channel, category, duration, name and file. Export to CSV and PDF from the 📅 AS-RUN tab.
That is what you show an advertiser who asks whether their commercial ran. And what you keep in case you ever have to prove what was broadcast.
